Instructions 
1. Choose a well-ventilated and fire-safe area to light the charcoal disk.
 
2. Using tongs or a charcoal holder, pick up the charcoal disk securely. These tools help prevent burns and provide a safe way to handle the hot charcoal.
 
3. Hold the charcoal disk over an open flame, such as a candle lighter or a match. Rotate it to evenly distribute the heat. The tablet will start to spark and ignite.
 
4. Keep an eye on the tablet as it sparks and begins to glow red. This process may take a minute or two. Ensure that the entire surface is lit.
 
5. Once fully ignited, carefully place the charcoal disk in a heat-resistant holder. 
 
6. Allow the resin or incense to smolder and emit its fragrance. Enjoy the ritualistic and aromatic experience while practicing caution and mindfulness.
 
7. Once the charcoal disk has completely burned out and cooled, dispose of the ash safely. Do not discard hot or partially used disks in regular waste bins.
