Cassinia Mini Smudge Stick

Cassinia Blend - Let Go mini smudge stick. These smudge sticks allow us to let go of anything that no longer serves us. 
 
Ingredients:
Cassinia
Letting go and forgiveness.
Tea Tree
Yin and yang balance, cleansing, detoxifying and purifying.
Eucalypt
Cleanses, improves physical health and strengthens the immune system.
Cypress
Letting go of grief, strength to go on.
 
1 x Incense Stick - Length: 10cm
 
Hand crafted from foraged Australian plants, shrubs and trees on the NSW Mid North Coast by an Intuitive Healer who consulted with Elders from the Gumbaynggir Community to ensure the authenticity of these beautiful smudge sticks.
 
Burning Smudge Sticks instructions:
Set intention
Focus on your purpose for smudging.
Light the stick
Hold the stick at one end and light. I like to use tea light candles to light. 
Blow out the flame
Gently blow to extinguish the flame, letting it smolder and release smoke.
Smudge your space or yourself
Circulate the smoke around yourself and your surroundings. 
Catch ash
Hold the stick over the fireproof dish to catch any falling ash.
Finish smudging
Place the stick in a fireproof dish to cool. 
Clean up
Ensure stick is fully out before storing.
